Prices and payment

All prices include VAT for deliveries within the EU. Prices are shown in DKK for Denmark and in local currency for other countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, and the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, in which case you will be fully refunded.

Delivery

We ship to Denmark and internationally. Delivery times and prices are described in our shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns (30 days)

The law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal. At Luna Moon Studios you have 30 days to return your items, counted from the day you receive them. You may examine the items as you would in a physical store, but if an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. You pay the cost of returning the items. Complaints (2-year right of complaint)

You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for defects that existed when you received the item. The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect – a complaint within 2 months is always in time. Please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Colours

We do our best to show the colours of our products as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur, for example due to screen settings.

Complaint options

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@lunamoonstudios.com. If we cannot reach a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus (www.naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Denmark (www.forbrugereuropa.dk).

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
