Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 (Danish time) are normally processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or on Danish public holidays are processed the following business day.

Orders within Denmark

Delivery time within Denmark is 2-5 business days. We ship with GLS:

• Delivery to a parcel shop: 49 DKK
• Home delivery: 59 DKK
• Free delivery on orders of 1,500 DKK or more

International orders

Luna Moon Studios ships worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery time is typically 4-7 business days. The shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your delivery country.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees according to the rules of the destination country. These costs are paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Local pick-up

You can choose to pick up your online order in our showroom at Sandtoften 12, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark. Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday will be ready for pick-up the next business day at the latest. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

Returns and claims

You have 30 days to return your items, counted from the day you receive them. Read more in our return and refund policy.
