What data we collect and why

  • Orders: name, address, email, phone number and the products you buy, so we can process and deliver your order and handle returns and complaints. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Bookkeeping: order and payment information, to comply with accounting rules. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Newsletter and stock alerts: your email address and, if you choose, your name, when you sign up for our newsletter or ask to be notified when an item is back in stock. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • Reviews: after a purchase, we may invite you to review us on Trustpilot. For this, your name, email and order number are shared with Trustpilot. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in collecting customer feedback (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Statistics and marketing: information about how you use our website, collected through cookies, to improve the website and show relevant ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
  • Security: technical data such as IP address, to keep our website secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the website work, for example the shopping cart and checkout. These do not require consent. Cookies for statistics and marketing (Google and Meta) are only used if you have accepted them in our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the website, and you can delete cookies in your browser.

Who we share your data with

  • Shopify – our webshop platform and payment solution.
  • Payment providers – depending on the payment method you choose at checkout.
  • GLS and DHL – to deliver your parcel.
  • Klaviyo – for newsletters and order-related emails.
  • Trustpilot – for review invitations.
  • Meta and Google – for statistics and advertising, only with your consent.
  • Apps on our website that support features such as the Instagram feed and back-in-stock alerts.
  • Our accountant and IT suppliers, where necessary.

Some partners, for example Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta and Google, may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. In such cases, the transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep your data

Order and accounting data is kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have incorrect data corrected. You can also ask us to delete your data, restrict our processing of it, or receive it in a commonly used format. You can object to our processing and withdraw any consent at any time. Complaints

You can complain about our processing of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk.
