Return and refund policy

At Luna Moon Studios you have 30 days to return your items. This is longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal required by law.

How to return

The 30 days are counted from the day you receive your parcel. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last item. To return an item, please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com with your order number, and we will send you return instructions. The deadline is met if you notify us and send the items before the 30 days have passed.

You pay the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Condition of returned items

You may try on and examine the items as you would in a physical store. Please return them in the same condition as you received them – we recommend using the original packaging. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice that you wish to return your items. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have shown proof that they have been sent. The refund is made to the payment method you used for your purchase.

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com, and we will help you.

Claims (2-year right of complaint)

You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If an item has a defect that existed when you received it, you can have it repaired or replaced, get a price reduction or get your money back. The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.

You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. A complaint made within 2 months is always considered to be in time. Please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the defect. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for justified complaints.
