Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:

Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM (Danish time) will typically be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or Danish public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Orders (Denmark):

All shipments within Denmark have a delivery time of 2-5 business days.

Standard shipping via GLS costs 49 DKK.

Free shipping for orders over 1500 DKK.

International Orders:

Luna Moon Studio ships worldwide using DHL Express.

Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 4-7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

International Customs and Duties:

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees according to the destination country's rules and regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Luna Moon Studios is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon the arrival of international shipments. Please consult your local customs office for detailed information.

Local Pick Up:

You can choose to pick up your online order at our office: Sandtoften 12, 2820 Gentofte, Denmark.

Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) will be ready for pick up by the next business day at the latest.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Returns & Claims:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition.
