Returns & Exchanges:

Luna Moon Studios offers returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com to receive return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Claims:
