Delivery & returns

We are proud to inform that Luna Moon Studio ships all over the world.

We strive to process and ship orders that are placed on weekdays before 12 a.m the same day. This applies to both domestic and international orders. Your order will be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or Danish holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches it’s destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.

DK orders:

All shipments within Denmark have a delivery time of 2-5 business days. Delivery method is standard GLS Delivery with a fee of 49kr. We offer free deliveries for orders over 1500 kr. This only applies to domestic orders. 

International orders:

All shipments outside of Denmark are shipped using DHL express. The standard delivery time is 4-7 days. The delivery fee will be calculated upon checkout. 

Local pick up

At Luna Moon Studios you can choose to pick up your online order at our office space at Sandtoften 12 2820 Gentofte, Denmark.

Your local pick up will be ready for you to pick up the next day at the latest, if you place it before 14.00 Mon-Friday.

Our super friendly staff will send you an e-mail once you’re order is ready to be picked up in store.

Returns & claims

If you wish to return, make a claim or exchange your product, please contact us at hello@lunamoonstudios.com, where a friendly staff member will help you with the process. 
**Please note that for general returns, items must be returned within 30 days from the day you receive that parcel.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The items returned should off course be in the same state as when you received them. If the return does not meet our above policy, it will not be accepted and it will in stead be sent back to you.
